Leonardo's Cyber Consulting practice provides a broad range of independent advice and specialist technical services to identify, assess and treat security risks attracted by digital technologies. Leonardo is seeking to grow the practice through the addition of experienced professionals who are looking for a leadership role within Cyber Security and Information Assurance in a diverse, challenging environment. In addition to providing Cyber Security services to our clients you will also be deployed within the wider Leonardo business, which could include providing support to Leonardo's Enterprise Solutions and Secure Operations Centre to assist developing secure solutions for in-house and external clients. Key Responsibility Areas You will be required to: •Solve customer problems in Cyber Security confidently and effectively, individually and as part of a team. •Manage resources in order to carry out Cyber Security activities to time, budget and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate standards. •Operate independently in setting and delivering work schedule, spotting opportunities and adapting to specific customer requirements. •Deliver advice and consultancy services to Government and Commercial clients based on industry best practice as part of a consultancy team. •Assist with the formulation of bids and proposals as part of a team. •Contribute specialist knowledge to support pre-sales analysis and enquiries. •Engage and build positive relationships with customers, programme managers, business leaders, developers and implementers, safety, security and other subject matter experts. •Assist with the development of consultancy product methodologies. •Add knowledge back into the cyber security practice based on experience from project delivery. To find out about all of our Company benefits please visit: Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge Required Skills and experience in the following areas are mandatory: •Broad knowledge of cyber security & its implementation within organisations •Consultancy skills – building client relations; flexibility in working hours & locations; adaptability to changing schedules; reliability & quality of task delivery; team player •Ability to convert ambiguity to clarity when understanding requirements •Demonstrates passion, with the ability to self-motivate & drive success •Diplomatic with strong written & verbal communication skills •Capable of communicating at senior levels with an organisation •Capable of working in multi-discipline teams but also on own initiative. •Security Cleared (SC) •You will be expected to travel nationally and internationally both short haul and long haul. Skills and experience in the following areas are advantageous: •Security professional certifications preferred (such CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Sec+, CISMP) •Knowledge of a range of InfoSec methods, tools and techniques including those covered by current HMG, MOD & NCSC policy & guidance •Ability to interpret & advise on current HMG, NCSC & MOD •Security policy & guidance. •Willingness & ability to be cleared to DV auditing and assessment against HMG and Industry standards / frameworks, Protective Monitoring, Business •Continuity/Disaster Recovery If that sounds like you please apply at:
