Visitors with limited mobility and wheelchair users
Set over two buildings - a grade II listed WW1 hangar and the new purpose-built Concorde hangar - the museum site is fully accessible by those using wheelchairs, and there are fifteen disabled parking bays near the entrance to the museum.
There is level access to all areas of the site for assistance dogs, wheelchairs and mobility scooters including the entrance, galleries and café, and the Admissions desk has a section that is at wheelchair-user height.
Toilets
Toilets are available in both the Concorde hangar and the main exhibition hangar.
The museum also has easy access toilets, and disabled changing facilities registered with Changing Places. The museum has two wheelchairs available for visitor use (booking is advisable, please call the venue on 01179 315 315 and select option 1 or email info@aerospacebristol.org to book for free).
First aid
There is a number of trained first aid staff on site.
